What causes brick pavers to sink?
Although there are many variables to answer this question, these are the most common.

- Chipmunk tunneling
All of these can create your brick pavers to become uneven, unleveled, loose and broken. We also believe that not having your joints properly filled with polymeric sand can cause the water to run thru the joints which can wash the paver base away thus creating depression and/or unevenness.
