On average a standard square footage clean, re-sand and seal project with small repairs will take 2-3 days to be completed without any weather interruptions. However, if your project requires extended repairs such as step rebuilds, retaining/sitting wall rebuilds and larger repairs, you can expect the time of completion to be extended to 5-7 days or more. We will update you with this information during the process as well as any extra days needed if the weather gets in the way. Once your pavers have been cleaned, we kindly ask to keep your pets and any other foot traffic off for the remaining of the process and until the recommended manufacturer’s time has passed to ensure the proper adhesion of the sand and sealer to achieve the best results.

Based on the manufacturer’s recommendations of the products used. The rule of thumb is to stay off for at least 24 hrs for foot traffic and 48 hrs for vehicular traffic in the case of driveways. Our staff will always keep you updated throughout the process.

If there is a chance of rain, that portion of your project will be rescheduled until the pavers are fully dry and we have clear weather to proceed. To give you additional peace of mind, our sealers are safe to apply and will dry to withstand a rain fall within 2-4 hours after application. 

Yes, a deposit is a way to hold your spot in line. We serve on a first come first serve basis. This way we filter our serious clients that are ready to proceed versus the ones that might still be shopping around or indecisive. It is a way to respect your time and ours as well as to avoid any setbacks on a timeframe given to schedule your project. The deposit amounts are as follows. We request 10% of the total quote amount to be added to our project list, 40% of the remaining total when the crew shows up to begin the project and the end balance the day the project is completed.

Once the onsite quote has been completed, our representative will be able to go over it and let you know on the spot the cost to proceed and can send you via email a formal quote on the spot if you are interested in signing up on the day of your appointment.
